Program Summary
Manifestation BFF operates a recurring marketing SMS program. Customers receive promotional offers, new product announcements, abandoned-cart reminders, and order-related updates. Up to 8 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Step 1: Customer begins checkout
When purchasing a product on manifestationbff.com, customers proceed to Shopify checkout where they enter their contact and delivery information. The SMS opt-in checkbox appears unchecked by default — customers must actively choose to opt in.

Step 2: Customer opts in to SMS
When the customer checks the box, a mobile phone number field expands below it. The customer enters their phone number to complete the opt-in.

Step 3: Full disclosure is displayed
Directly below the phone number field, the following disclosure is displayed in full before the customer completes their purchase:
"By checking this box and providing your mobile number, you agree to receive automated transactional and customer-care text messages from Manifestation BFF — including order confirmations, shipping and delivery updates, account notifications, and customer-support replies — at the mobile number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency may vary based on order activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for help. View our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service."
